Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember your session and keep it secure between requests. Related browser storage such as localStorage works in a similar way.
CandorVoice uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers. Because no optional cookies are set, there is no consent banner to dismiss and no preference to manage: the cookies below are required for the service to function and cannot be turned off through the site.
| Cookie / storage key | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| cv_device_id | CandorVoice | Protects public Feedback channels from repeated misuse. It holds a random value; no name, email, workspace or address is stored in it, and it is never used for advertising or analytics. | Necessary | 30 days | First party |
| candorvoice_prod_session | CandorVoice | Keeps you signed in and carries your session state (including the CSRF token binding) while you use the service. | Necessary | Up to 3 days, refreshed while you use the service | First party |
| XSRF-TOKEN | CandorVoice (Laravel CSRF protection) | Protects forms and authenticated requests against cross-site request forgery. Read by JavaScript to send the token back in the request header. | Necessary | Session (up to 3 days) | First party |
| remember_web_* | CandorVoice (Laravel "remember me") | Only set if you tick "remember me" at sign-in, so your browser can be recognized on a later visit. | Necessary | Up to 5 years, or until you sign out | First party |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you disable the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the application, because the session and CSRF cookies are what keep your account secure.
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. Questions: [email protected].
